1. Exchange Only Policy:

We do not offer refunds for any products purchased from Asom Bazaar. However, we are pleased to offer exchanges on eligible items within 7 days of the purchase date. Please note that the exchange will be subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.

2. Eligibility for Exchange:

To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

– The item(s) must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

– The product(s) must be accompanied by the original tags and packaging.

– The exchange request must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase.

3. Exchange Process:

To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

– Contact our customer support team within the stipulated time frame, providing your order details and reason for the exchange.

– Our team will guide you through the exchange process, including providing you with a return shipping address.

– Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging or a suitable alternative to ensure safe transit.

– Ship the item(s) back to us using a reliable and traceable shipping method.

– Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their eligibility for exchange, we will process the exchange.

4. Exchange Limitations:

Please note the following limitations regarding exchanges:

– The customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the item(s) to Asom Bazaar.

– The customer is responsible for any price difference between the returned item(s) and the desired replacement item(s).

– In case the replacement item(s) is of lower value than the returned item(s), no refund or credit will be issued for the price difference.

5. Non-Exchangeable Items:

Certain items are non-exchangeable for hygiene and safety reasons. These include but are not limited to:

– Intimate apparel (undergarments, lingerie, etc.)

– Personal care products (skincare, cosmetics, etc.)

– Earrings and other pierced jewelry

6. Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 4 days of receiving the product. We will guide you through the return process and provide you with a replacement, subject to availability. In case a replacement is not available, a refund may be offered.

7. Cancellation Policy:

We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your order. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
